Hendrix is 5 months old now!!
He is such a little Stud!

* I weigh around 13 and a half pounds...I'm still a little under where i should be, but I'm gettin there! I eat 5 oz every 3 hours
* I love to scream! i just learned how to use my voice:)
* I am officially in my Crib in my own room since last month!
* I sleep really well at night. Around 8 hours or more!
* I love to sleep with a blanket over my face! Mom tucks it under the mattress but still gets freaked out and checks on me frequently cuz i still manage topull it over my face!!
* I tried rice cereal a couple times, but I do not like it yet
* I rolled once from my back to my belly. but i can roll over from my belly still
* I don't really like laying on my belly:(
* We're working on sitting up by myself
* I smile and laugh alot more now!
* My eyes are still Blue!
* I'm the cutest little Ginger! We don't know how i got red hair, but we love it!!

Hendrix has such a sweet spirit, and he's a little fiesty guy sometimes, but we are so in love with him! He always does this cute little shy smile and turns his head to the side! We love it.
Can I just say, Mr. Hendrix is going to be such a heartbreaker:)

Little Tike..Fringe

Sorry about my last post to all those that read it. I was just feeling a bit overwhelmed with how fast time fly's by with my little tike!!

Speaking of the Little Tike....Hendrix went in for his 4 month check up, but he really he is about 4 1/2 months and to my surprise, he was about a pound and a half under weight?! 13.7 Lbs 13th percentile and 25 in long 36th percentile! Weird, I thought for sure they would tell me I had a little mini "Hudson" aka Chunk on my hands! lol! Hudson is my sisters oh so chubby baby! He is so darling! Everyone tells me how chubby Hendrix' cheeks are! And they really are! Well they just told me to try and feed him more ounces or even maybe start him on rice cereal!

This last weekend we took Hendrix on his 2nd roadtrip:) It went really well! We headed up to Delta to stay with my sister-in-law and then Sunday morning we drove to SLC for a cousins Farewell. It was really nice to just get away for a couple days. All of the cousins had so much fun with Hendrix'! They think it's so cool that they have a baby in the family! It's been a while! The next youngest in the Haslam family is Cooper, and he is 5! So they had so much fun holding and playing with Hendrix. And Hendrix loved all the attention!:)

I also was feeling a little ugggg as of late...being I had a baby a few months ago, and No, I am not down to be pre-baby weight yet! I'm one of those not so lucky ones lol! But I'm almost there!! So, I decided to cut my fringe one evening when I had some spare time:) I'm getting used to them, but everyone seems to like em. Even the Hubster?! Who knew?

Yes, it's 12:17 am.. just got home from work around 11:00ish:( My sweet baby boy is sound asleep and I just started thinking about how the time with him has flown by!
He is our Pride and Joy and our Everything!
It seriously makes me so sad..Don't get me wrong, I'm so grateful for the time I'm having with him now and so appreciative that I get to be home with him all the time. But my baby is no longer a newborn:(
Let me REWIND A BIT....
Sept. 8th I was patiently waiting for Hendrix to come,being 2 days overdue, so I decided to go get a Pedicure..haha! It was an intense Pedi, with rough massaging! hey, She said it would work, and sure enough, I went home and at 4:30am I started having contractions!
They were pretty far apart, so I knew I my hubby would be going to work and then shortly returning. By 10:30 I had showered and slightly got my face on:) and they Hubby was home, so we headed into the Doc's. She checked me and sure enough I was at a 2 and 90% effaced. So, Parker and I decided to grab a bite to eat..mainly for him. Arby's was his choice. We then went to the Temple to walk around to get the contractions closer. It was Super Hot outside and I was dying! uuggghhh.
By 1:00pm I said it was time to go to the Hospital. As I was walking to our room we would be delivering, I started to cry. I was excited and nervous all at once. I knew our lives would be changing.
I don't know If you are really ever "ready" to have a baby. I'm not sure I thought I was;) I was now at dilated to a 4 and 100% effaced! yay. I wanted to wait to get the epidural, mainly because I was so Terrified! And also for the fact that some people say it may prolong the process. The Doc broke my water and around 2:30-3:00 I was dilated to a 6. I finally got the Epidural. I have to say, I hated it. Parker and I said a prayer before hand and it really calmed my nerves.
The Epidural made me feel really sick. Not the puking kind of sick. But, dizzy, lightheaded, headaches and my chest hurt really bad. I felt so weak.
Family members were asking me if I was ok, but I just didn't feel right. I immediately regretted my decision. But, I pulled through! After an hour of pushing..I finally got to meet our precious baby boy Hendrix! He was welcomed home on Sept.9th 2011 @ 9:28pm! I was so exhausted!! I could barely keep my eyes open!
The next evening we brought our baby home!
I thought I would be feeling semi well by now, but I felt the exact same as I did in the hospital, with the epidural and all. This went on for 2 weeks:(
I had my mom stay a couple days and the next week my sweet sister-in-law came and stayed with us for 5 days so I could try to re-coup and sleep a little.
During those 2 weeks, they ran quite a few tests on me to see what could be wrong. They said, I shouldn't be feeling all of those symptoms. I seriously could barely stand straight because of how sick I felt. But the tests came back normal, all except my Glucose was extremely low. I couldn't eat, therefore my milk never came in after 2 weeks of trying:( so that explains it.
Anyways, During those precious first 2 weeks with my newborn, I feel like they are completely lost. It breaks my heart that they went by so fast, and I feel like I wasn't completely "there" It was really rough for both my husband and I.
I learned quite a bit about myself, that I'm strong. And Parker, that he's a nurturer. My husband is seriously the Best dad to our little guy. I am so thankful.
I'm also Thankful to my Heavenly Father for being there for us, and for sending us our little angel. I wouldn't trade him for the world.
Although everything went So Smooth with my labor (minus the sickness i felt)which I think was caused by the epidural....I am strongly leaning towards a Natural Birth with our next one! Hooray! I would much rather be in some pain afterward, than to feel the way I did afterwards. I am very excited and when I get pregnant, which won't be for another Year! (don't worry) I will be looking into it!!
Until then, I am just enjoying my time with Hendrix and trying to be the Best Mother I can be to him! He is my everything!

4 months...New year

Well, it's been a very eventfull 2011! Finding out I was pregnant and bringing our little guy Hendrix into this world!! He is seriously our pride and joy! I can't believe he is already 4 months old! It kind of breaks my heart how much he's growing! He's no longer a baby:(

*I weigh a ton! haha it's mainly all in my cheeks like Hudson! almost 14lbs
*I pretty much got down holding my own bottle!
*I can laugh now!:) it's so cute:D But it's kinda hard to get me to laugh!
*I've been sleeping in my own crib for almost a month now...still getting used to it
*I bring mom and dad so much joy and they love me so Very much!

Yes, it's true..once you have a baby, that's all you post about! sorry! lol

First Family Christmas!

Well, This Christmas was oh so very different! In a good way! Last year exactly on Dec 27th I found out I was pregnant! It was the best Christmas ever..I thought until we had this one..actually getting to hold our baby boy! We had a great Christmas! We decided ..well Parker decided, we were just going to do gifts for family and Mr. Hendy and this Spring we would get our backyard finished!! Fine with me:) Well ...did he follow by his own rules?! Um, No! he didn't! He went out and bought me an IPad 2!!! I didn't even ask for one! haha I'm not complaining though! Who does that!? Luckily I had bought him a few things! Geez! Hendrix was spoiled by family and he got tons of Toys and Clothes!! He is just starting to grab things and it's so fun to see him get excited!

Blue Eyed Boy..3 months

I cannot even begin to explain how much I love my baby boy! Well, I should say WE because Parker is totally obsessed with our little guy lol! He has brought us a whole different kind of happiness! Hendrix is 3 months old now! The time is going by so fast! It's sad, but exciting.

**I am almost 13 lbs! just a guesstimation!
**At my last apointment 3 weeks ago, I was 23 in long
**I sleep all through the night:) yay!
**I like to look up at my toys while I'm on the ground
**I can rub my eyes now! It's so cute!
**I eat 4oz every 3 hours...I'm a piggy!
**I still love taking baths!
**I can sit up in my Bumbo
**I still roll over..:) I did that at 8 weeks old!
**I HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL BLUE EYES MOMMA AND DADDY HAVE EVER SEEN!!
**THEY SAY THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE I GOT IT!! MAIL MAN MAYBE??! LOL

My little bubba is 2 months old! and already rolling! He did it last week, but we thought it was a one time thing! i didn't think he would do it so soon again! I'm so excited, but kinda sad because he's getting so big! He rolled 2 times today and I was so lucky i got the 2nd one on film:)! Yay Hendrix! He has rolled a total of 4 times already.

Time really flies, and I can't believe my baby is no longer a newborn:( I'm so sad, but excited because he's getting so fun now! His next checkup is on the 17th so I'm anxious to see how big he's gotten! He eats quite a bit:)

**I still loves taking baths, especially with daddy!
**I'm starting to Goo and Gaa now!
**I smile quite a bit now, especially at mama;D
**I can hold my head up during tummy time! I'm pretty strong.
**I like to be held Alot!! lol
**I am eating 3 1/2 oz still..the doctors told mom to feed me smaller portions so it's easier on my tummy for my Acid Reflux:( I didn't like it at first..but now I'm getting used to it.
**I usually sleep 5 hours straight at bedtime..so i only wake mama up once nightly:)
**I was a MONSTER for Halloween! Mom and Dad thought I was the cutest little Monster!
**I was blessed by my daddy on 11/6/11 It was a BIG day!
**My MOM and DAD love me very much!! They say they are very Blessed to have me!!

One Month!

I can't believe it's already been 1 month..as of today! Time flies! It's true what they say. Well, I will just give some updates about our baby boy whom we love so so much! He keeps us on our feet:)

Hendrix-
**At my 2 week check up I weighed a wopping 8lb 1oz from 7lb 10oz:)
**I like to eat alot:) I eat about 4 oz every 3 to 4 hours! I'm thinkin i might want more soon!
**I do not liked to be burped:( It interupts my milk session!
**I make this adorable little squeeking noise to get attention, or when i'm angry/hungry
**I really like taking baths now that my umblical cord fell off!.. daddy loves baths too!
**I usually hate when my diapers being changed, cuz i hate being cold:( but when I'm super sleepy, i could care less.
**I am Very Alert! I can stay awake for about 3 hours sometimes more, if i'm gassy:(
**I like to look at lights
**I'm starting to kind of smile when people talk to me:) or maybe it's gas?
**I usually sleep 3-4hrs at a time at bed time...hopefully i will sleep longer soon!
**I love when daddy plays the piano, and i love the sound of his voice:)
**I love sleeping on mommy's chest, she gets me to calm right down!

HENDRIX HARTLEY HASLAM WAS BORN FRIDAY, 9/9/2011 AT 9:28 PM WEIGHING 7LB 10OZ 21IN
THIS IS HOW HE CAME ALONG................. WELL, THE DAY BEFORE, I WENT INTO MY WORK, PAUL MITCHELL, TO GET A PEDICURE! AND THAT'S ALL YOU REALLY NEED TO KNOW! NO JOKE, BUT REALLY I WENT IN THE DAY BEFORE, AND HAD ONE OF THE GIRLS DO SOME PRESSURE POINT STUFF ON ME, AND DANG! IT HURT!! THE NIGHT BEFORE, PARKER AND I WERE DANCING AND TRYING EVERYTHING. WE EVEN LOOKED UP ACUPRESSURE VIDEOS ON YOU TUBE AND I HAD PARKER TRY IT ONE ME AS WELL. . ANYWAYS,SO I WENT HOME, AND... NOTHING:( I FELT LIKE I WASN'T EVEN CLOSE!! I WAS NOW 2 DAYS OVERDUE! WELL, WE WENT TO SLEEP AND BEFORE I KNEW IT, I WOKE UP TO SOME REALLY INTENSE PAINS AT 4:30 IN THE MORNING! I WASN'T FOR SURE IT WAS THE REAL THING, SO I TRIED TO SLEEP IT OFF:( NO BUENO..THEY KEPT GETTING WORSE. BY THIS TIME I WAS ALREADY TIMING THEM AND THEY WERE VERY INCONSISTENT, BUT 5 MIN APART. PARKER HAD WOKEN UP UP BY 6:30 AM AND I TOLD HIM I THOUGHT TODAY WOULD BE THE DAY, AND THAT HE SHOULD STILL GO TO WORK, BUT BE ON-CALL AND READY TO CLOSE UP THE DAY. SO BY 8:30 I CALLED HIM AND TOLD HIM TO HEAD HOME! I GOT A SHOWER IN, AND TRIED TO GET SEMI CLEANED UP AND BY 10:30 WE WERE AT THE DOCTORS. HE WANTED TO CHECK ME FIRST TO MAKE SURE. AND SURE ENOUGH, I WAS AT A 3+ 90% EFFACED. THEY SAID I COULD EITHER GO TO LABOR AND DELIVERY NOW, OR I COULD WALK AROUND A BIT UNTIL IT GOT CLOSER. SO PARKER AND I GRABBED A BITE TO EAT AT ARBY'S DRIVE THRU:) I COULD BARELY EAT:( AND THEN WE TRIED TO WALK AROUND THE TEMPLE. I WAS PRETTY MISERABLE EVERYTIME A CONTRACTION CAME! AND IT WAS SO HOT OUTSIDE:( SO I FINALLY CALLED IT QUITS AND WE CHECKED INTO LABOR AND DELIVERY AROUND 1PM. THEY BROKE MY WATER AROUND 2:30-3:00 PM AND SHORTLY AFTER I GOT MY EPIDERAL. (HIS MIDDLE NAME IS AFTER MY GRANDFATHER WHOM PASSED AWAY FROM CANCER A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO)THE NURSES KEPT SAYING IT WAS A PRETTY BUSY DAY BECAUSE OF THE DATE 9/9/11 AND THEN 9/10/11. BUT WE LUCKED OUT AND GOT SOME GREAT NURSES WHO HELPED ME OUT A TON!! THEY WERE AWESOME COACHES! ALONG WITH MY AMAZING HUSBAND:) IT WAS JUST THE 2 OF US IN THE ROOM, AND I'M SO GLAD WE SHARED IT TOGETHER! AND I'M SO GLAD I NEVER SNAPPED AT HIM. I WENT PRETTY WELL:) IT WAS JUST AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AND ALTHOUGH I'M SO GLAD IT'S OVER WITH, I WOULDN'T TRADE IT FOR THE WORLD. HENDRIX IS JUST A SWEET LITTLE MAN! HE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE HIS DADDY! NOTHING LIKE ME!:( MAYBE HE'LL GROW IN TO IT) HE IS NOW 4 WEEKS OLD! I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! HE IS SO STRONG! SINCE 1 WEEK OLD, HE HAS BEEN HOLDING HIS HEAD UP! False Alarm #1

Yesterday, August 31, 2011 was my weekly checkup. My blood pressure has always been perfect, up until my last 2 appt. But yesterday it was 130/90:( The diastolic # on the bottom shouldn't be above 90. That's when they start to get concerned with Preeclampsia/Toximia. So, my doctor came in and after a few minutes, took one more blood pressure, and after a a few, another. Well, I say, "what are you thinkin doc?" And he says to me,"I'm thinkin we just might have to take ya today. I don't want your blood pressure to get any higher, but the good thing is, there are no signs of anything in your urine." So..I'm slightly freaking out inside because I'm by myself. He tells me to meet him at labor and delivery so we can run labs to make sure all is well. They have me change into a gown and everything. Stick an IV in me, draw some blood, and continue with the blood pressure monitoring every 15 minutes. Man, it sucked so bad! I almost passed out TWICE!! I was sweating so bad and light headed! I had already called my hubby and let him know of the situation. But, i didn't want him to drive all the way down from work in Virgin, if they were just going to send me home. Well, after 1-2 hours. My doc comes in and says my blood pressure is now back down to normal and my labs were perfect. As much as he wanted to induce me because he'll be out of town for a Whole WEEK!!, He wanted the baby to come on his own. This obviously reduces the chances of a c-section he tells me. And gives me a Bed Rest sentence, good luck, i hope the baby is still in your belly for my sake next week, but for your sake, i hope he's not. Wheeew! As much as I would have loved for this baby come meet his parents, I just want everything to happen naturally! Parker was super bummed out that they didn't induce me, but now he knows it's for the best. We are just waiting patiently for him to come! Sept. 6.2011

***ON another note***
Parker tells his family if anyone can guess Hendrix' Due Date & Weight, they can choose his middle name!!! omg! I wasn't exactly thrilled. But he says, theres no way someone will guess both the date & weight....And guess what my Date was!!????

36 Weeks!

Update: I'll be 36 weeks on Wednesday:) So far everything is going well. Except I've had Sciatic Nerve Pain for 2 weeks!:( It is seriously the worst muscle pain! I can barely walk. I went to the Chiropractor today for the first time, and it seems to have helped some.:) Yay! This last Friday was the Baby Shower! It went great! My sister, mom, and bf Heather threw me one, and we all had a great time! Baby Hendrix was seriously spoiled! By his grandma the most;) She always spoils grand baby's! It has literally taken me 2 days to go through everything and do all his wash! The big group picture is all of my Co-workers/ graduated students:) PS. Don't mind how swollen I am! Thanks:) I also just got the car seat ordered, and it will be here shortly:)...and then I only have 2 more items to purchase. The Pack N Play and the Stroller! I know, I'm a procrastinator! We're getting pretty stoked it's getting so close! Only 4 more weeks?!!

Gettin there..

Well, I'm now 34 Weeks and a couple days..Days are going by slow! I'm startin to feel it now. I have started gettin a little swollen in my feet and my hands:( It makes work a little hard because I have to stand all day. And lets just say, next time we want to get pregnant, I will actually try to plan it out so i'm not even close to summer time! It kinda sucks:( Pretty much my whole body aches and it's hard to sleep at night. But so far,everything is good with the baby and I. So I'll stop complaining now:)
It's so crazy to think that I could have my baby at any time now! My sister had hers @ 37 weeks, so that's 2 weeks from now! I don't know that I feel that ready right now. I probably won't ever. I'm just a little nervous, but we are so anxious to have him here!! only 5 1/2 weeks to go!!

Stadium of Fire! Happy 4th!

This last weekend, we went up to SLC with our good friends and for the first time got to go to the Stadium of Fire:) We had a blast! Brad Paisley and David Archuletta were there, and they did pretty good. The fireworks at the end were awesome!!

The next day we went to the Hoggle Zoo! This was also a first for me:) I've been to The Animal Kingdom in Florida, but i've never been to an actual zoo. It was fun, but so stinkin HOT!! We were all kinda miserable, especially my friend Heather and I aka "The Pregos" So excuse my picture..i'm super swollen!:( Notice Parker and Heather trying to get the giraffe's attention!? Parker says to Heather.."they notice fear in your eyes, so don't make eye contact!" haha He was totally joking, but Heather took him serious;)

The last day we all went and ate breakfast at Little America:) YUM!! This was also my first time going there, and I loved it! It was the best breakfast buffet! So if you've never been, I suggest you go!:)

It was a good weekend. And so nice to finally get away. Parker quit his part-time job on the weekends @ Walmart DC to take on an even higher promotion at his full-time job being the Director of Liahona Academy. So, it's going to be so nice to be able to spend more time with him on the weekends, especially when our little guy arrives!

Baby Bump...progress

I have been trying to keep up with my pictures over the weeks of this little baby growin inside my belly, but I dread taking pictures of me prego! But I want the documentation for memory purposes. I'm now 28 weeks! gettin there slowly, but surely! I can't believe I'm almost to 30 weeks!! ahh! Doing good still. Bending over is getting harder and harder to do. Sitting in the car, or movie theatres is no fun, and I'm getting to the point of purchasing pregnant G's! Everything is just uncomfortable:( But it's all for our little guy named Hendrix:) We're gettin anxious to have you here!

We recieved our nursery set(crib, dresser, and changing table) along with the crib bedding a couple of weeks ago, and couldn't be more thrilled:)Very simple, but we absolutely love it! We don't have any decorations just yet..still deciding on how to decorate???? But, it's comin Along:) 27 Weeks today!

26 weeks

26 weeks today:) Baby Hendrix is kickin like a wild child these days! Some nights he keeps me up..but for the most part..he's pretty chill..but as of right this second, He's NOT!!lol But, I'm doing Good! We just got our nursery set in and set it up, but no decorations yet! I still have a while to go:( My good friend Elise took some family pictures for Park and I. They turned out so good! MInus some of the chubby cheeked ones on my account!LOL But hey..i knew I'd regret it if I didn't take any pregnancy ones. In a few more weeks we are going to do a 3D ultra sound, and I am super stoked!! Literally Every time we went in for an ultra sound..(3 times)..Hendrix was covering his face with his little hands! lol So, next time, he better be showing his cute face;D Other than that..not a whole lot of updates. We are slowly buying the items we need and getting ready for the little man. It's going by so slow, but so FAST too! We are just excited for him to be here! ONly 3 MOnths!

Mothers Day

As I really wasn't expecting anything on Mothers Day..I had lots of comments wishing me a happy Mothers Day. I got to thinking, hey, I actually am a MOM> to a little baby boy inside my growing belly! I'm taking care of him. It made me happy and excited to actually feel this way. I wasn't expecting presents, or texts, but my dad came over and gave me the prettiest boquet of flowers! I got texts from friends and family, and my sweet husband got me a book called "10 secrets to enjoying motherhood.The happiest mom" then later gave me a SONY Handycam that we have been meaning to get before the little guy arrives:) I can't tell you how excited I am to actually be a MOM! While I am excited, I am also a little nervous, but I know that we will be great parents, and we are so looking forward to it. It was a good Mothers Day!

UPDATE: I am 23 weeks today. I feel the baby kick quite a bit now. If I'm resting my hands on my belly, he will kick me..not so sure he likes that! Every week I get bigger and bigger! I need to embrace this growing belly, along with growing everywhere else! lol He likes music and dances around when it's playing.
Did I mention we are naming HENDRIX HASLAM! (not sure about the mddle name yet;)

Gettin Bigger...!

I am almost 19 weeks...in 2 days! It feels like it's going by slow, but fast at the same time! We found out we are having BOY!! We are super excited! Especially the husband, and my sister;D I didn't care what I had, just as long as the baby is healthy, and in a few days we'll go in for the actual ultra sound and see the anatomy our little baby! Her is a picture of me at 14 weeks and a picture at almost 19:)

Well, I'm 14 Weeks in 3 days! Already done with my 1st Trimester!
So far, this is what my pregnancy has brought to me...;D

1.Extreme Nausea...which started around 8/9 weeks, and is still continuing(but hey i have only puked once:)
2.Mood swings...poor Park. He thinks I'm crazy..but I swear I'm not!
3.Bigger chest (sorry if thats TMI!)
4.Food Aversions...when i eat somewhere, i never want to eat it again!:(
5.Strong sence of smell! everything makes me nauseated!
6.Heighteneing of Gag Reflex! I've never gagged so much!
7.Frequent urination!I now wake up Every night at 3am!!:(

I haven't had it too rough..as you can see! Just average I guess. But all is going well. My next Dr.Appt is on Thursday,and I can't wait to hear the heart beat again! And we will be finding out what we're having soon! We're going to see if we can find out a little early, at the end of this month! And we are sooo Excited! Parker is certain it's a boy, but everyone tells me it's a girl! haha so who knows!? I don't even know what my little baby is..What do you think I'm gonna have???! What's your vote??!>>>

Well....As some of you know, WE'RE PREGNANT!! I kinda fibbed and said I was hoping to get pregnant, when In fact I WAS pregnant:) But, I had just found out, and I wanted to wait for our 1st appointment to share the news.

It was 2 days after Christmas..so December 27th. I was at home and had to use the restroom. We had been trying for 6 months and I was ready to be pregnant. Well, I decided I would just try a pregnancy test, and this was a Cheapo test from the Dollar$ Store! I did my deed and set it down to process, came back and I could totally see the 1 line, but I could faintly see another! I was freakin OUT! Cause I wasn't sure If I was seeing it correctly, and because I wasn't expecting it at all!!

Well, I went to the store and bought another test, (and by one I mean Alot!) Hey, a girl has to be certain..right!? Anyways I called my sister over and she confirmed it!

Parker was at work,so I thought I would be cheezzy and wrap up the test in the First Response box with Christmas wrap, and tell him that it was a gift I had forgotten to give him. So, he gets home and is so excited to see what is in this box, with the wierd noise when you shake it:) He was so Excited when he opened it and found the positive test!! and then a little nervous:)

We couldn't be happier! We've been married for 5 1/2 years, and it's about time! I had my first appointment on Monday and we heard the heartbeat:) I am almost 11 weeks! It was an amazing experience. All we hope for now, is to have a healthy pregnancy and one healthy baby!

2010 has quickly come and gone, and now it's 2011!! It is so insane! We spent New Years with a couple of our friends and we ate out at Anasazi Grill. It was our first time goin there, and it was pretty good. Well, Christmas went by fast as well, but we had an amazing one! MY husband is the sweetest man ever! I fall more and more in love with him everyday:) He surprised me with an awesome present:) Anyways..3 days ago Parker came from work with a Bad pain in his abdomen, well as the night went on, it proceeded to get worse and by this time 3 hours had gone by and he asked me to take him to the emergency room at 11:00 pm..and he was right..he had Appendicitis and had to have appendix removed the next day around 1 pm. (after spending 19 hours there!) ugghh. He's doin great now, just recovering. Well, now back to my 2011 post!! haha
Although a lot of people never follow through with their New Years Resolutions, I am going to prove that static wrong!! That's right! I truly am! I have never set any, so I thought this year couldn't be any better! Some if this is personal, but I don't mind writin it on here;) To start it of...

1. To become pregnant:) and have a healthy pregnancy
2. To attend church more regularly
3. To become closer with Heavenly Father
4. Make more time for family
5. Go on an amazing vacation with my husband
6. Get our backyard finished up

So.... I have been searching high and low for a comforter forever!! Well pretty much since we moved into our home.. so almost 2 years. And I am not a picky girl, but we can all agree there are few cute comforters out there! But, just a few days ago I found one!! I am absolutely in love with it! I've never been a huge fan of pillows.. but I'm really diggin it;D I just mixed and matched everything hehe. Parker is now wondering what to do with all the pillows. I just tell him their to make it pretty.. no other use!..haha
Also, Bear got married on 10.15.10 It was such a PRETTY wedding concidering they got it all planned in barely 1 month!! We are so happy for Bear and Chelsie! Welcome to the Family Chelz:)

As many of you know, I work at Paul Mitchell the School. While working there can be a very demanding, busy, push you out of your comfort zone, and sometimes stressful place to work..(like every job) It is an amazing company to work for! You are surrounded by people who all LOVE the hair indusry! We have the opportunity to get FREE education all the time! As an instructor we also have to do certifications in cutting, coloring, and texture, which can be stressful, but well worth it in the end! We also get the opportunity to meet Amazing top stylists in the Hair industry, especially since we're so close to Vegas!:D About 2 weeks ago Winn Claybaugh came to our school as a motivational guest artist and although I have seen him once before, while I was in school, he still continues to inspire me. Our school was so excited for him to come! That week we also had Spirit Week where we had different Themed days where we would dress up. Who wouldn't love doin that at their job??!

August 27th was our 5 year Anniversary! I can't believe how fast time flies... It all started when I was out of High School. He, just getting home from his mission. Well, my friend was dating Parker at the time for a Second.. and I would go out on double dates with his friends or mine.. wierd I know! I never liked him.. only as a friend and I thought he was hilarious! but it wasn't like that. Well him dating her didn't last very long and then we all just never hung out..Almost a year passed and I would see him at fire sides. (I thought he super Hot!;D)I would get calls but it was never him! It was always his friends that asked for my #.. so he gave it to em. One night he finally called and we finally hung out and had a great time talking and getting to know eachother. We got engaged 3 months later and married 6 months later:)
Marriage is definatley a journey, but a great, learing, exciting journey! Of course you have your ups and downs:) cuz let's face it.. Marriage isn't the easiest thing:D LOL And sometimes we drive eachother NUTS-O! But we learn from eachother and we grow with eachother. Parker is an amazing person! He tries so hard! With everything that he does and he is the smartest person I know. I'm so glad to have him in my life! And I know we have many more years to come!!

We went to Salt Lake for our anniversary on Saturday and came home Sunday. Parker got us a hotel @ the Monoco and might I say it was rather on the Ritzy Side! It was really modern and fun looking. We at dinner at Rodizzio's in Trolley Square, and It was awesome! We really enjoyed it! We shopped around and visited family we hadn't seen in a while. As we were getting back to our hotel, we decided to go for a walk to the SLC Temple, since it was so close. So around 11:30 we walked over and just sat on the grass and admired the temple and talked about our life and what we want out of it. It was a great night. We didn't take many pics, but heres a few.

This month has been crazy with work! lots of it! I recently got back from NAHA which stand for North American Hairstylist Awards..We had a blast! It was held in Vegas at the Mandalay Bay ..Afterwards we went dancing at the afterparty @ Eyecandy! Usually I don't dance, but I thought..hey why not?? So all of us girls went out and danced the night away! not really! haha more like 1 1/2 hrs:) Naha was a great experience..Also Tabatha was there from Shear Genius:)!!

A few weeks before that, 6 of us girls from PM went to Disneyland one night..and I mean Literally.. 1 night!! It was so much fun! We decided were going 30 min before the rest of the girls were leaving! ahh but I'm so glad I did! 2 of the girls made T-Shirts for us..and they were definatley the talk of Disneyland!! Everyone kept asking where we bought them and what it stood for..On the front it had 1 letter and on the back it had a Mickey Mouse Head:) it stood for PMSTG ROCKS..PAUL MITCHELL ST. GEORGE ROCKS!! I'm sad my vacation is over, but it's good to be home too;) We had an awesome time in Florida! It was my first time, but the whole fam has been there quite a few times, i think 5 times! There were 16 of us all together and it was awesome! We spent 7 nights, 8 days at the Port Orleans Riverside Resort. We went to the Magic Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot,Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios! My favorite rides were the Tower of Terror, Soarin, and Mount Everest. If you have never been on these rides I highly recommend it:D The weather was STINKIN HUMID!!:( HOT TOO, I think the family was wishing we would have went in the fall... oh well! It rained a couple of times, but it wasn't bad at all. The trip was well worth the $$.. so here's a couple pics..ENJOY! More pics below****

Elder Bear Haslam arrived home from the Ghana Africa Mission, May 19th to the St.George Airport!! It was so cool to actually be there when a missionary returns..We were all so excited! The kids made signs and there were balloons everywhere:) There was one other missionary on board with him when they flew in, so there was 2X's the cheer!! Afterwards we let him choose where he wanted to eat... In N OUT!! Mmmmmm. We're excited to have him home!! And so proud of him!
(He's also really skinny:( he got pretty sick with Malaria a few times:( But he's doin great now!

It was my birthday Mar. 28 and I turned 24! Crazy I know!? Parker took me to Vegas and we stayed over night at Planet Hollywood! It was a lot of fun.. We just relaxed, shopped around and ate out:D..The Hotel was sweet..very modern looking. They upgraded us, so we had this big room with 2 flat screen tv's! It was so much fun. Easter turned out good too. We had a BBQ, had the easter egg hunt, and had a pinata for the kiddos too:D So, heres my overload!! Hope you all had a Happy Easter!!

Well, I thought I would do a little blogging tonight, because I am extremely bored! It was my first day off in like 2 weeks! So...I slept in and did nothing, besides clean and do the wash:) This is because I now have 2 jobs:D I am an instructor full time at Paul Mitchell the School and I work part time at Smart Style as well! I really really like it there. It's a lot of fun, and there are so many students! it's kind of overwhelming at first, but I'll get the hang of it! I'm so ready for a vacation too! Last year we weren't able to go on one,so this year at the end of May we are going to FLORIDA! 7 days to Disney World and all the parks! I am sooooo Stoked! I can't wait! We are going with the Haslams' all of Parkers bros and sis' and kids..And my brother-in-law Bear will be home from his mission in Africa May 19th!!!!! ahhh, we miss him so much and can't wait to have him home! Something exciting for Parker, is he finally got the car/suv he's always wanted...An FJ Cruiser! He loves it. It was much needed! He's had his cute little white Nissan since he got off his mission, and it was nearing it's "death":) so, he insisted on getting one- (sighhhh...LOL) And that's about it for now...Until Next Time..Goodnight

Well, we went to the Colbie Callait concert...and I absolutely loved it! It was at the Dixie auditorium, so we were so close to her..row 3! She sounds way good live..better than most musicians. Parker liked it also..besides her good looks! She sang a few Bob Marley songs which was awesome, and then some stage manager of hers acts like he can't sing..and then BLOWS the crowd away by singing a Bob Marley song. He sounded exactly like Bob! no Joke, it was insane and the whole crowd stood up and aplauded him! It was an awesome experience. I've been to many many concerts but not for about 1 1/2 years, I almost forgot how awesome they are;D Also the openeing act was by Justin Young, he's also in her band, but look him up! He's amazing too:)

Snowy Days

Over Valentines weekend, my sister and I decided to plan a little trip to Brighton! My brother-in-laws family has a nice cabin up there and we were lucky enough to be able to go for the weekend:D We had tons of fun! It snowed on Saturday, which was ok by me! I miss the snow! We played games, watched movies, sledded, and got to go snow boarding.Parker was a trooper, he just goes for it, and if he falls down, he gets right back up and blazes down the hills!:0 Although this was only my 6th time snow boarding, and Parks 2nd time, we did rather well! Considering when I fell on my "Behind" and I literally could not walk for like 5 min! haha It was pretty funny....but not;) Then I couldn't find any goggles that fit my tiny head! they were Gigantic and kept falling off my face. Then we found the kids goggles:D...Worked like a charm:) We had a great Valentines Day! Hope you all had a good one....

I am goin to her concert!....COLBIE CALLAIT'S CONCERT=) I have all of her CD's, which isn't many. But, I LOVE them all! Her music is so laid back + she can play the guitar really well which makes her such a HOTTIE! Parker and I missed her when she came to St.G last year. So this year, We will be attending!! Next month!! I'm so EXCITED!!! And I will let everyone know how it goes:D

SANTA CAME!!!

Christmas Eve we have a tradition at my grandma's where we open some presents and have dinner:) it was quite fun. My grandma made all of us scarf's and beanies, which were so cute, especially on the kids! Then Christmas Day, Park and I woke up around 8:30 and opened up our presents:) I really surprised him this Christmas with an X-box 360! I told him to open the "DVD" (which was really a game) first, and then he realized that the other present I had for him was the X-box! It was so funny! He has always wanted one. And yes,I know I may not have a husband for a couple of months until the X-box wears off, but he really deserved it!! He's such a hard worker and he needs to enjoy some free time. For Christmas Santa brought us a flatscreen TV and a Stand!!! We absolutely love it!! It was much needed! We had a pretty good Christmas, being our 5th one and all;) Hopefully next year, we will have a little baby on the way, which will be even better!! We're going to start trying pretty soon:)

I cannot believe it's almost Christmas! It's my favorite holiday ever... we have been pretty busy with work but got to squeeze in some Christmas Festivites:) The Haslam side has a party every year at the Holiday Inn where we eat:), sing songs, do the nativity, and exchange white elephants! It was so fun, and I'm thankful to Parkers grandparents for always setting it up for family. Today we got back from SLC where we had our other family X-Mas party, we have it at an elementary school, and we do the same thing too... This was only our 2nd time going to this "Bollough" family party(on parkers side), and might I say they are pretty hilarious! You are ALWAYS entertained! Parker got a huge HULK poster board for the white elephant! it was so funny!And even funnier that he had to steal it to get it! Everyone wanted it! Anyways... I hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!

Every year Parker and I have made it a tradition to go to the UofU rivarly game against BYU. Last year we didn't make it up to the game, so this year, we were determined! My sister and brother-in-law came with us, and we had so much fun. Parker is a fan of BYU and UofU, but when it comes to them playing eachother, he goes for the U:D I'm sure everyone knows we didn't win, but it was worth it to see it "LIVE" It was such a close game! I can't wait for Next Year! GO UTES!!!!!

This looks like it could be a decoration, but it's NOT! So the other night my dear sweet husband was taking out our trash...He opens the door and in flies this, what i thought to be, A Bat!! I was screaming at the top of my lungs and hit the floor to duck! Parker was just laughing and informs me that it isn't a bat. It was a bird! anywho.. i was laughing so hard by that time, while still hiding in my room cause it kept swooping at our heads! After Parker managed to take a few pics, he finally got it to leave:) But not after leaving us a little "TREAT" on the wall! Grrr:0 Good times.

THIS LAST WEEKEND WE HEADED UP TO SALT LAKE CITY FOR MY GRANDPARENTS 50TH ANNIVERSARY! WE HAD IT AT THE WHEELER HISTORIC FARM. IT WAS SO PRETTY THERE, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT SNOWED ON SATURDAY:D IT TOTALLY FELT LIKE CHRISTMAS!! ANYWAYS, IT WAS SO GOOD TO SEE ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS. PEOPLE I HADN'T SEEN SINCE I WAS 7 YRS OLD:0 I HAD TO TELL THEM I WAS A "TWIN" BECAUSE NOBODY RECOGNIZED ME...ANYWAYS.. I WANT TO THANK MY AUNT FOR SETTING IT ALL UP AND MY UNCLE FOR SOME AMAZING COOKIN'(OUT IN THE SNOW!) ALSO.. AND I WANT TO THANK MY GRANDPARENTS FOR ALL THEIR LOVE THAT THEY SHOW US! I WAS SO GLAD TO BE THERE AND TO CELEBRATE WITH THEM! THEY HAD NO IDEA IT WAS GOING TO BE A BIG ORDEAL. THEY WERE SO EXCITED TO SEE EVERYONE, THEY LOVED IT! I HOPE MY HUBBY AND I WILL MAKE IT TO OUR 50TH!! I KNOW WE WILL! ONLY 46 MORE YEARS TO GO!! NO PROBLEM;)

I am here to say we might be having an invasion of what you might call..... ALIENS! At least least that's what it seems like, if you compare it to the movie SIGNS. Everyday I come home to all of these drinking cups placed all over our house!! And i know our water is not "contaminated" so this is the only thing i could come up with! I asked my hubby if he's tryin to tell me something is coming this way to attack, but he just laughs... actually he was quite embarrassed when i was makin fun of him for all the cups:) i thought it was quite funny as well! i had to group up all of the cups to take pics! i hope we will all be safe from the Extraterrestrials.......haha!

I was at work, feeling very tired while listening to KONY Country and they were giving away free tickets to see AIDA & eat dinner at Tuachaun(sp). All you had to do was be caller #7..... I NEVER win anything, but i was feeling very optimistic! I knew if I called, i would win them! And I did!! when he answered i asked "what # am i?" he said "caller number 7" whith no enthusiasm in his voice, so i thought...oh i heard the number wrong, i didn't win em so i said,"ok thanks." i was about to hang up until he said,"um.. you got it, your #7:)" I felt like a dork cause i thought it was #9. Needless to say, this obviously made me in a good mood!(funny how little things brighten your day)But anyways, we went and it was very good. We had a blast!It's so beautiful there! Also, I had been trying to find a picture of the temple forever.... ok... like a couple days, but i've always wanted one. We finally found one and i absolutely love it! Park bought it for me for our 4 year anniversary. I still can't belive it's been that long;) >LIFE IS GOOD<

We had a pretty good 4th, considering I had to work till 2. But all was well! The picture of Parkers hand is the "after" surgery picture! He had 5 screws put in:( But is healing well and he gets his stitches out tomorrow! My niece Taylee got baptized on the 4th. It was pretty awesome. And Parker gave a really good talk:) Then we headed over for the BBQ afterwards and had some yummy food. After that we visited with my nieces and nephews. Then headed up to watch the fireworks at my sister-in-laws house. Good times. I am so VERY grateful to live in this beautiful country and for all the people who fight for our FREEDOM:D

Cherry Hills Reunion

This last weekend was my husbands family reunion. It is held every year at Cherry Hills! We had tons of fun. We left early Saturday morning, cause Friday night there was a huge storm that took out all the tents and soaked everything! So, luckily we couldn't go to SLC on Friday, but Saturday we headed up and then came home Sunday. Parker couldn't get wet with us because of his hand that has stitches:( But he had fun photographing everyone. It was perfect weather, kinda hot and i got a little burned! ow! But if you haven't ever been there, it's quite fun, especially for kids! There is a lazy river, a couple slides, water rapids, and 2 swimmingpools. Then there is miniature golf, rock climbing, batting cages, and of course food:) Also, you can camp out there on the grass. Theres also showers and restrooms too, so I guess it's not totally "camping" But it was so worth it. Heres a couple pics!

At work today I got a call around 7:30 pm and I was surprised to hear my husband on the other end, cause it was gym time. Well, I can hear he is panting and he says, "Melissa, I just broke my hand!" My first thought was, ya right! So, he explains to me that he isn't joking and says he has to ride his motorcycle to the IHC, with basically one hand! So I tell him I will meet him at IHC when I got off at 8:00 pm......... I was really worried, I kept thinking, is it really that bad, is he gonna have to have a cast? So, I get there and he explains to me how it happened.... He was playing b ball with guys at the gym and some guy hit into him while he was coming down from makin a shot and he fell on his hand/metacarpals! When I saw his hand it was protruding big time! So, they had to it x-ray it to see how bad it was. They said it was a "boxers fracture" and now he has to go to another doctor to possibly get surgery on it!! Great! Anyways, he is doing well. He's in a lot of pain, but he's more concerned with not being able to play the piano, guitar, working out, riding his bike and writing, cause he does this every single day, with his Right Hand! When he was in highschool he had surgery on the same hand, and had 2 screws in his metacarpals as well. yuck! It's kinda pricey too. Anyways, Parker is a strong person and I know it will all go well. We just pray he won't have to have surgery:(

My niece Jessica Alley Herrera turned 2! For her birthday the kids hit a Dora piniata! We had a little bbq, with yummy food:) Jessica was so excited to blow out her candles and she was clapping with us after we sang to her. She was cute. She needed a little help opening her presents, but all the other kids tore them opened for her and took over. It was kinda funny! This last weekend we were plannin on going camping with friends in Mesquite! yes Mesquite! We didn't even know there was good camping there! When we got to town Friday night, it was pouring rain, so we stayed at our friends parents house and bowled and watched some of the boys gamble a few dollars:) In the morning we headed out to the middle of nowhere with lots of Joshua Trees! No, it was pretty nice. We rode on the 4 wheelers, shot some guns, and hiked to some ancient indian writings, "the fallen man" It was so fun. A little windy and kinda cold, but we had a good time. I can't wait to go out again!

WE HAD A PRETTY GOOD CHIRSTMAS THIS YEAR;) MY HUSBAND HAD TO WORK CHRISTMAS DAY, WHICH KINDA SUCKED:( BUT HE WAS HOME BY 3PM TO HANG WITH THE FAM AND PLAY CHRISTMAS BINGO AND OPEN PRESENTS! MY BOO GOT ME MY FAVORITE PERFUME THOUGH! ED HARDY! IT'S TO DIE FOR. AND THE PICTURE OF ME ON THE LADDER, IS SOMETHING MY DADDY GOT ME FOR CHRISTMAS! IT'S SO COOL! IT'S A WOODEN CHAIR THAT TURNS INTO A LITTLE LADDER FOR MY KITCHEN, SINCE I CAN'T REACH MY TOP CABINETS;) THE PICTURE OF THE LITTLE GIRL IS BABY JESSICA. SHE'S SO DANG CUTE! SHE WAS LAUGHING SO HARD CAUSE PARK WAS CHASING HER! LATER, THE NIECES AND NEPHEWS CAME OVER TOO. THEY ALL HAD THE FLU THE DAY BEFORE. BUT THEY WERE FEELING BETTER BY CHRISTMAS, AND THEN ONE OF MY OTHER NIECES ASHLYN, WHO HADN'T GOTTEN THE FLU, STARTED GETTING SICK:( AND THEN ON SATURDAY, WHO DO YOU THINK GOT THE FLU???? ME OF COURSE! IT WAS AWFUL! THE WORST DAY EVER:( I CALLED MY HUSBAND HOME FROM WORK AND HE TOOK SUCH GOOD CARE OF ME! I LOVE HIM! AND BY SUNDAY, I WAS FEELING MUCH BETTER.

The other day me, my sister and my mom had a Present Wrapping Party! It went pretty well. I'm basically done with all my shopping! YAY! And it's going to be so fun to have our first Christmas at our new home! My mom is quite the shopper, especially when it comes to all the grandkids! So there were tons of presents to be wrapped, and decorating to do! I love Christmas! It's my favorite holiday! The Snow, Family, Food, Giving, and remembering our Saviors birth! It all makes me happy! We have been really blessed this year and we're so thankful!

7 THINGS YOU MAYBE DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT ME....!!!

I'll try my hardest to find 7 but I'm not makin any promises! thanks TK

1. I Love to POP ZITS! Yes, I know this kinda sound gross, but it is seriously so fun! If you haven't tried it, which I know everyone of you has, than try it and admitt that it's Frickin fun! I love popping Parks little ones that he gets on his arms. It's quite satisfactory;)2. I hate cooking:) Not because I don't know how to, I just never know what to cook! It's frustrating! But I love baking more than cooking! Maybe cause it involves more sweets! Park is quite the little chef in our house! So, a girl can't complain:)

3. I'm a movie Junkie! Park and I have so many movies! Mostly ones with Will Ferrell, Ben Stiller, and Vince Vaughn. I love to laugh and watch funny movies! Scarry movies, serious movies, and sad movies just make me depressed;( So, why watch them!

4. I have broken my left wrist 3 times! Yes, I am quite fragile! One time, when I was 5 me and my sis were wrestling and she pushed me off the bed! thanks Leesh! The second time, I was roller blading like a bad A and I tripped on rocks! And the last time, it was my first day of school in 3 grade and girls were running down the hall and they ran into me, and fell on me and I broke my wrist!

5. I love wrestling with Park! It's so fun! Now that we have our own place, we can be as loud as we want! I guess you could say it's our "BONDING TIME!" No, but it's so fun, we just laugh and run around the house! One time, Park was tickling me and pushed him off the bed! It was hillarious! And I'm getting a lot stronger!;)

6. I am very TICKLISH! I hate being tickled! It makes me so mad! Park knows exactly what to do to push my buttons! And he loves it! My brothers used to pin us down and tickle our feet, armpits, and necks till we would cry:( yes, i know that's very mean! So, now I hate it! That's why I can't have pedicures. Everytime I've gotten a foot massage, I've nearly kicked the poor lady in the face! By accident though;)

7. I'm baby hungary right now! I just graduated hair school and I'm finding a job right now, and all I can think about are babies! We decided we would wait just one more year and than we would start trying. I just love babies!! They are such a blessing! And I can't wait to have some little ones running around the house. So, if anyone needs a baby sitter!..... Call me! xoxo

I have to say, hair school went by soooo fast for me! I graduated on this last friday, 11/14/08. It feels so good to be out of there! I have to say though, I have had a lot of memories at Paul Mitchell and I will remember them forever. Good times and bad times, but it was all good! I made lots of friends whom I will always remember! It's weird though, I haven't even gotten bored yet! That's a good thing, but my other friends said it was way weird when they graduated. Maybe it's because I'm so busy with the house and everything. Anways, I'm getting ready to take my state boards! So wish me luck! And if anybody needs a cut or color let me know! I would love to do it! But here's a few great memories!

HOME SWEET HOME!!!!

So....... Park and I were searching high and low for a home, but we had no luck. Then one day, I was driving around,and I spotted the cutest home and the next day I called on it and they said it was under contract:( I was sooooo bumbed! Then two days later, they called us back and told us it was back on the market! So, we looked at it a couple times, ok well like twice! It was the best one for us! And then we made an offer and we got it! It was kind of stressful buying it, but all was good. I'm so excited to finally have a home! I am so thankful we got into one right now. And I am so thankful for my husband for making it all happen! I love him! It's a perfect home for us! So, I know it will be undecorated for a while, but I'm going to enjoy making it cute with home decor stuff! I have like two decorations up so far!And I'm stoked! So.... here she is......!!!

Halloween was pretty fun this year:) We didn't do a whole lot, but what we did do was fun. At school we had a party, played games, had a costume contest, a pot luck, and then little kiddies came in to trick or treat and they got their hair and makeup done! It was cute! Then later that night we just kinda chilled with our friends and watched Alien vs Preditor! Anyways here are some pictures of the night before Halloween when we carved pumpkins and pictures when we went to Stahle Farm with my school to do more hair and makeup! Oh! Also some of the student council at school learned the Thriller dance so we dressed up and did the dance for our school and clients:) It was so funny but we looked hideous!

So, the other day me and my Boo had a picture day! I told Park it was time to take our "yearly" pictures. Park just takes the pictures by him self. We don't like to pay;) when we can make our own! He just sets up his tripod, sets a timer on it, and whalah! We have our pictures! Plus, he loves taking photographs of just anything, and then modifying them. Anyways, we drove out to Dixie National Forest, and found some pretty spots! It was so cold, but we had lots of fun! Parker almost fell so many times trying to run from the camara to me! It was entertaining:) I abosolutely love the colors and scenery. Thank you so much Park I love you!

Our Crazy Life!

Parker and I have been married for a little over 3 years! I can't believe how fast time flies by! I am so thankful to have him in my life. Since we got married, we have just been working and playing. I got my Estheticians license in 05 and am so excited to be getting my Cosmetologists license this November! Parker is an extremely hard worker. He has two jobs as of now, working every single day. He's assistant director of Liahona Academy. We are getting ready to start a family and by that I mean getting a house first! We are house searching right now. So when we find one we are going to be so excited! No kids yet for us, just enjoying our time together first. We love to go to football games, concerts, and vacations whenever we can, but have only succeeded on a few trips so far;)
